Commercial Fish Buying Licenses – In order to become a purchaser of Oregon seafood, you must contact the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) to purchase a buyer’s license. For information about the fish dealer requirement and the application process, please contact Licensing, 503-947-6101.
As a commercial fish buyer/dealer, you must file a monthly report form including assessment fees to both ODFW and the Oregon Salmon Commission.
The OSC monthly report form is due by the 20th of each month for all purchases in Oregon by the fish buyer/dealer during the previous calendar month.
